With less than three minutes to go in Super Bowl LII and the Philadelphia Eagles trailing the New England Patriots by a single point, Nick Foles turned to his most reliable target.
Moments later, Zach Ertz delivered.
In a play that will be emblazoned into the minds of Philadelphia football fans forever, Zach caught an 11-yard pass and dove into the end zone, giving the Eagles a 38-33 lead they would never relinquish.
This was how it happened.
